Betty’s Freshly Made Plum Jam

So today we picked the plums off the trees at the Hacienda Eco-Dome orchards.  Our resident gourmet chef, Betty Verduzco, did her magic in the main kitchen and turned these lovely fruits into delicious jam.

The taste actually has a surprising Merlot grape tone.  It’s bizarre.  But I guess it’s appropriate for here in the wine valley.

As of 2020, I have over 100 songs written and produced. My music is available on all digital platforms.
