Hacienda Eco-Domes was originally designed and built as our private residence. Over time, visitors to Valle de Guadalupe repeatedly approached us asking to rent the property due to its unique setting, privacy, and design.
To preserve our lifestyle and privacy, we made a deliberate decision to operate Hacienda Eco-Domes as a limited, weekend-only boutique BnB, rather than a full-time hospitality business. The property is typically open only during peak season (approximately April through October) and is intentionally closed during the slower winter months.
Under this conservative operating model, the property generates approximately:
• $3,000 USD per month in gross revenue (when open)
• $1,200 USD per month in operating expenses
• $1,800 USD per month in net income
These figures reflect limited availability, no weekday bookings, no off-season bookings, and minimal marketing. As a result, current income does not represent the property’s full earning potential.
