Local Organic Market in Valle de Guadalupe

This organic market appears to offer no flyers, no cards, no signs, no advertising as means of finding out about them … but a good sleuth will always find the good stuff. What good stuff?

Let’s see … from the farm organic produce of tomatoes, potatoes, zucchini, eggplant, asparagus, cucumber, lettuce, beets, oranges, lemons, apples, onions, squash – if it is grown locally you will usually find it here. They also have home made artisan organic bread and desserts, jams, preserves, sauces, honey, cheese and sometimes organic meat.

This twice weekly farmers’ market takes place on the grounds of the Mogor Badan Winery It is held on Wednesdays and Saturdays from only 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 PM. A bonus the fine restaurant of Deckman’s, on the grounds, opens at 1:00 but that is another article.

Location: Km. 85.5 Highway 3 Tecate-Ensenada, San Antonio de las Minas, BC, Mexico. Located within the Modor Badan Winery grounds.
