What dishes will we be making during the class?

We focus on authentic Mexican cuisine using fresh, local ingredients. Menus vary by season but may include handmade tortillas, fresh salsas, and enchiladas (Sinaloa Ranch Style)

Not at all! Our class is designed for all skill levels — whether you’re a kitchen pro or have never chopped an onion.

The experience typically lasts about 3.5 to 3 hours, including prep time, cooking, and enjoying the meal together.

Yes! This is a fully hands-on experience. You’ll prepare each dish yourself with guidance from our chef.

All ingredients, cooking tools, instructions, and a full meal with soft non-alcoholic drinks are included.  We also include recipe handouts

Yes, we can usually accommodate most common dietary needs. Please let us know when booking so we can prepare accordingly.

We offer both! Some sessions are group-style, while private bookings are available for couples, families, or special events.

Absolutely — our class is family-friendly! We welcome guests of all ages, though children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

We cook outddoors, so check the weather before you come. Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. We provide aprons and everything else you need.

In the case of rare bad weather, we will take the class indoors

Yes, advanced booking is strongly recommended as space is limited and we often sell out, especially on weekends.  In fact, you must book at least 48 hours in advance to insure and spot and that we are prepared to accommodate you.
